3 Day Tour From Marrakech To Merzouga
Itinerary
1st Day : Marrakech – Dades Gorges:
The first day of our program will start after we leave Marrakech, driving through the pass of Tizi n’Tichka towards the Kasbah of Ait Benhaddou, which is a world heritage site and also a famous filming spot. We will visit another filming spot, in fact, the largest studios in the world, which are located in Ouarzazate. Then we will finish the traveling of this day at Dades Valley where we will spend the night at a nice hotel.
2nd Day: Dades – Merzouga:
The second day is devoted to the desert area. We will leave the valley of Dades early in the morning. The next point is Todgha gorges, there we will enjoy taking long walks through the fascinating canyons. In the after noon, we will drive towards Merzouga through Erfoud and Rissani. At Merzouga we will ride the camels towards the dunes of Erg Chebbi. We will stop at a desert camp and we will spend the night there with the nomads in their tents.
3rd Day: Merzouga – Marrakech:
The third day begins with riding the camels back to Merzouga after we enjoy the sunrise landscapes. After we eat breakfast and shower, the next step of our trip is to drive along the Draa valley across Alnif, Tazarin, and Ouarzazate, back to Marrakech. After we stop at The Red City our tour ends.
